Abu Dhabi – UAE, XX May 2022: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), in cooperation with the Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), has launched the ThinkProp Training Institute to provide training courses on the real estate sector for individuals and companies in the UAE and the region.

The institute offers courses and certificates recognised by the DMT and provides world-class knowledge and skills to expand the opportunities for individuals interested in working in the real estate sector.

ThinkProp Institute, the first of its kind in the region, is part of DMT and ADRES’ efforts to further develop professionals in the real estate sector, as well as encourage individuals who are interested in entering the real estate industry by offering intensive training courses that provide them with the required knowledge and skills. The Institute has already started offering courses, receiving a significant turnout from interested individuals, companies, and professionals.

The ThinkProp Institute seeks to provide a diverse range of courses by top experienced and qualified experts from the real estate sector in the UAE. The courses, which cover topics based on the trainees’ requirements, can be offered virtually or on-site to meet the needs of trainees, instructors, and partners.

The new institute has cooperated with several certified government and private entities to provide training courses that meet the highest international standards. It offers recognised certificates that enable the holder to obtain a license from the DMT to work in the real estate sector, which will help trainees enter the real estate industry and explore new opportunities while ensuring the highest levels of compliance with regulations and procedures in this field.
